I just ordered new shoes for Lincoln (probably the only new shoes he'll get until he's 15), and I'm super excited because I think they're so cute! And I got a decent deal on them (paid less than I could have), and the store owner offered to deliver them to me! What?!? She was so nice! Costco may have some competition for all time best customer service.
